  4.   Beginning the Build

After you’ve signed a contract on your plans, you can sit back and relax — we’ll do the rest. Our app BuilderTrend is an easy way for us to communicate and keep you updated on your home’s progress. As we’re working away on your new construction home, installing fixtures and painting cabinets, we’ll post photos day-of so you stay in the loop. As we near the end of home construction, we’ll begin the final stages: doing a walkthrough, getting your home appraised, and completing the usual paperwork for closing. From contract signing to move-in day, the building process takes about six to eight months.
