Not only are you helping your client buy their dream energy-efficient home, but we offer a valued commission.  In the past three years, we have paid over $1,000,000 in realtor commissions.

MLS Listed homes: We pay the commission rate as listed in the MLS listing on the initial contracted price. We do not pay commissions on change orders, seller concessions, allowance items, or other givebacks.

Non-MLS listed homes: We will offer Seller paid Concessions inclusive of agent compensation . We do not pay commissions on options, lot premiums, allowance items, change orders, seller concessions, or other givebacks.

Buyer must validate registration at the time of contract. Expires after 60 days.
