The Steps That Make Us Different
"The first step in building your home is one of the most important steps, contacting us! We offer a variety of outlets for you to discover us and connect to our team. You can contact us on our website, or by phone. Our Sales Manager or Home Specialist will ask you a few questions to help understand what you are looking for and how our team can help you. From there, our Home Specialist will sit down with you in our Design Studio to start gathering all the pieces needed to build your new home!"

"Ready to turn a piece of land into your home? During the first phase of the construction process, we work on getting the paperwork. First, we need to get permits, materials ordered, and all of the plans needed. This may take a few weeks depending on the city we are building in. Once we have all the paperwork taken care of, then we start the construction process. Here we will stake out the home on the land. After that, we dig up the land, place footers, put in underground plumbing, pour foundation walls, and backfill. This is all the base of your home!"
"Color selection is one of the most difficult tasks for a homeowner. It can be overwhelming to consider all the options. This is where I come in! Early on in the process, you will be asked to set up a meeting with me. This meeting can take place at our Design Center or over FaceTime. At your color selections appointment, we go over everything from exterior to interior, from roof color, siding, brick, kitchen cabinets,
flooring, and more. I am here to make sure your house is going to look beautiful both inside and out."
"This is the phase where you see your home take shape. Framing starts on a home once the foundation is completed. From there the subfloors will get installed, then the walls, and trusses, wrapped and shingled. Once the frame of your home is done, electric and plumbing go in and get inspected. From their drywall starts on the side while brick and siding go up on the exterior."
"Phase 3 of construction is when we complete your home! Your flooring, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, and other finishes get completed at this time. You will have a walkthrough and touch-up before you complete the closing process of your home. During this time it is important to stay in contact with your lender to ensure all documents and appraisals are getting taken care of so you can close on time. The time frame for this phase can vary due to material shortages throughout the country, but on average, we try to finish in four weeks. Once we are completed and all documents are in order, the last step is to hand over the keys!"
