Our home is the St. Louis Metro East area. From Waterloo, IL to Staunton, IL we build in many of the best cities around! We also have expanded up to the Springfield area.

Do we need to have a realtor?
No. You do not need a realtor to buy a home from us. But, if you are already working with one we would love to work with them!

What do we have to put down upfront?
We have a standard amount we require home buyers to put down when they sign a contract.

Do you have homes for sale?
Yes! We are one of the only home builders in the area that has a constant inventory of homes. On our website, you can find move in ready homes and homes under contruction. You can purchase any of our homes during any phase of construction.

What is the first step I should take when looking for a home?
The first thing we recommend home shoppers to do is get pre-approved. Head to our prefered lenders page and get pre-approved with someone who we trust!

Do you offer remodel services?
Yes we do! From kitchens, adding a finished basement, or home repairs, these are services we can provide to you.

What are your standard features?
There are many standard features that come with our homes. Some include; LVP flooring, under cabinet lights, walk-in closet in master, concrete patio, vinly siding, wood cabinets, kitchen island, 8' basement walls, and so much more!
